The Club is delighted to announce that the contract with Manager Jimmy Boyle has been extended for a further two years with immediate effect, and will now run through to the end of season 2013/14.

Jim Ballantyne explained "The Board are absolutely delighted with the progress being made and both Jimmy and the Directors share the same ethos with regards to the direction of the Club.

"I felt it was important to get this formally agreed. We have recently signed a number of the players from the youth team and will also be announcing a few new signings from other teams, and clarity for all concerned is therefore of great importance."

Jimmy added "The Chairman and I have been saying that we would sit down and look at things for a while but we never quite got round to it.

"We both felt that we should get it sorted and I am absolutely delighted. We have some exciting young players coming through the youth system and I am looking forward to working with them to help build their careers in the game"
