Arran Ross took another significant step forward in his Airdrieonians Academy career this week - and now he has the huge boost of sponsorship from local firm Stevenson & Kelly Roof Trusses Ltd.

The firm have generously agreed to become the kit sponsors of the 15-year-old prospect who was impressive as he got 45 minutes under his belt for the Under-20s on Monday night.

Arran was excellent in the 3-2 friendly defeat from the Next Level Academy as he experienced football against men determined to a win a deal in Scottish football.
