Rocky the Rooster is hoping to pick up the first silverware of the season tomorrow as he represents the Diamonds in the Ladbrokes SPFL Mascot race.

Mascots from across the four divisions will take part in the race at Hamilton Park racecourse alongside last year's controversial winner Duke - Hamilton Racecourse's very own mascot!

A flurry of bets has seen Rocky jump to second favourite for the race as he takes the starting line alongside such esteemed athletes as Celtic's Hoopy the Huddle Hound, Morton's Cappie the Cat and Ayr United's Pandamonium.

It's bound to be a close run thing, here's hoping Rocky doesn't chicken out!
