U20s get a tasty deal from The Hot Hut

28th October 2016

We are delighted to officially announce The Hot Hut as new sponsors of our Under 20s side.

The Deedes Street establishment is owned by the Perez family, who have been long term supporters of the club through their Paprika establishment, and are firmly committed to supporting the Diamonds on and off the pitch. They serve ranges of Turkish Kebabs, American Burgers, Italian Pizzas and Indian Curries, and provide a delivery service to all areas of Airdrie.

Hot Hut Spokesman, Rio Perez, explained the reason for expanding their links with the club.

"At Hot Hut, families are at the core of our customers base and we believe its essential to give back and support our local community.

"As a family business, we love seeing children visiting our premises. Therefore, we are really excited about being a part of the Diamonds!

"It was a lot of fun launching the kit for young Diamonds who are fantastic and full of ambition. Airdrieonians offer an incredible amount of time and dedication in providing our next generation with footballing opportunities and it is so important that we support them in as many ways as possible to help them raise the Diamond flag proud and well all across Scotland!"

As an additional benefit to Diamonds fans, the Hot Hut are offering 10% discount to season ticket holders... the same deal offered by sister outlet Paprika. And with an army of Airdrie fans due at nearby Cliftonhill next Saturday, they are sure to see some hungry fans taking advantage of the offer before and after the match.

Airdrieonians Commercial Manager Douglas Allsop added: "The Perez family have been an absolute joy to work with. Their vision, ideas, and enthusiasm for working with and improving the local community is second to none.

"They come to me with ideas on how we can work together, which makes my job easier! They are true partners of the club in every sense, and I hope that the Hot Hut sees the same level of support that Paprika does.

"I look forward to visiting next Saturday, and seeing the framed strip proudly up on display."
