The club were today represented at the ‘Every Life Matters’ 7-a-side tournament at Ravenscraig Regional Sports Facility.

 

A team comprised of directors, coaching staff, senior squad members, Community Trust members and celebrities entered the tournament consisting of 39 teams, and performed well to reach the quarter-finals.

 

The tournament champions were ‘Mrs Browns Boys’ from McDonalds East Kilbride, but on a day dedicated to raising awareness for mental health and suicide prevention, some very important charities were the real winners.
