Meeting Rooms

The Albert Bartlett Stadium is the business for your corporate meeting rooms and conferencing. We have 2 suites available for hire Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.00pm, accommodating guest numbers from 20 to 200.

 

The President Suite is located on the ground floor level to the south side of the main stand entrance. This suite can accommodate around 100 guests with a circular seating layout or theatre style layout, with adjacent restroom facilities and private door entrance to the suite direct from the car park. This is a fully carpeted room in an L-shaped layout with separate catering/refreshment area.

 

The Rowan Suite is located on the ground floor level to the north side of the main stand entrance. This suite can accommodate around 150 guests with circular seating layout or 200 guests with theatre style layout. There are adjacent restroom facilities and private door entrance to the suite direct from the car park. This is a fully wooden floored room with raised stage area. There is a separate catering/refreshments room adjacent to the suite.

 

The Albert Bartlett Stadium offers various catering options from simple additions of tea and biscuits to hot pies and buffet lunch services.

 

All tables are covered with black table linen as standard. Both suites incorporate multiple plug points with free Wi-Fi access. LED projectors, screens and flips charts can be hired for your event with advanced notice of request.

 

Ample outdoor parking surrounds the Stadium adding to the easy access of the surrounding motorway links.

 

Cancellation notice is 2 weeks ahead of your booking.
